Fantastic Getaway!

superb room delicious variety helpful staff

I enjoyed the superb room. The room was clean! breakfast included a delicious variety. I found the staff very helpful and kind, they even upgraded my in-laws' room. It was amazing.

the staff was friendly.

The rooftop bar was often closed, despite posted hours. this limited options for relaxation in the evening. furthermore, the breakfast pastries tasted stale. They were often hard and disappointing.

The breakfasts were AMAZING!!! I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and selection of pastries. The location allowed easy walks to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

The rooftop bar had limited hours, slightly disappointing.

I really liked the large bathroom. the universal chargers by the beds were very useful. the hotel staff helped me book taxis. I found this very convenient.

The rooms were generously sized. They were very comfy and tidy. I also appreciated the universal chargers beside the beds.

I could not reach reception by phone sometimes. The line was often busy. I felt some employees were enjoying their own conversations.
