The rooftop bar was often closed, despite posted hours. this limited options for relaxation in the evening. furthermore, the breakfast pastries tasted stale. They were often hard and disappointing.

The rooms were generously sized. They were nice and neat. I also appreciated the universal chargers beside the beds.

I could not reach reception by phone sometimes. The line was often busy. I felt some employees were enjoying their own conversations.
